MILK THISTLE TEA: PURIFIES THE LIVER, LOWERS CHOLESTEROL, BILIRUBIN AND TRIGLYCERIDE LEVELS IN THE BLOOD

– 200 milliliters of cold water

Recipe and preparation:

In a pot, pour 200 milliliters of cold water and 1 tablespoon of minced milk thistle seeds. Let it sit for 4-6 hours in a covered container. Then put the pot on a hotplate and let the liquid mixture boil. Next, strain it and again let it sit a little bit to cool down to 40 degrees Celsius.
