- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of ginger (paste)
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper in powder
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of water
Mix the chopped ginger with a mixer, in order to make a paste. In a small bowl, mix the ginger with the black pepper. Add the apple cider vinegar and the honey. Stir it well. At the end add the water in order to make concentrated syrup. Leave it to stay for several hours.
How to consume the syrup:
Drink one or two tablespoons of the syrup. You should drink it three times a day.
