CHLOROPHYLL: BETTER FOR REVERSING INFLAMMATION, CANCER, AND ALZHEIMER’S THAN COCONUT OIL

Chlorophyll is a green pigment  that can be found in many vegetables, especially the leafy greens. This biomolecule is very important for photosynthesis because it allows the plants to absorb the light. It also offers a wide range for the human body, including the following:

Fried foods contain chemicals that can damage the colon tissue and the DNA of colon cells. In one study, participants who ate fried foods with chlorophyll-rich-foods had less DNA damage of colon cells than the ones who only ate fried foods.

Chlorophyll has many nutritional and antioxidant properties. It protects cells from oxidative damage by eliminating free radicals.

7. Promising Potential for Cancer Therapy

Although we can’t confirm that chlorophyll can cure cancer, many researchers believe that it might have a very big therapeutic effect in the near future. For instance, a study has showed that men with lower levels of dietary chlorophyll had higher risks of getting colon cancer. Also, another study confirmed that chlorophyll stimulates liver detoxifying enzymes.
