JUST 2 INGREDIENTS FROM YOUR KITCHEN CAN MAKE YOUR FEET LOOK AMAZING!

Heel fissures or cracked heels are a foot problem, very common during the summer months when people wear sandals and flip flops and their heels are more exposed to external influences. When the cracks aren’t too deep, this problem is only aesthetic; however, if the cracks are much deeper, the person may feel pain and even develop an infection.

In order to resolve this problem, you need the right solution. Believe it or not, the right solution is not an expensive over-the-counter product with numerous chemicals in it, but two very potent natural remedies. Let’s take a look:

Baking soda and milk

3 tbsp of baking soda

4 cups of milk

Warm the milk and then add the baking soda. Mix the ingredients and then transfer the mixture into a pedicure bowl and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. Next, rinse them with cold water. After only one use, you will be able to wear your favorite sandals without worrying about your cracked heels.

Lemon and rose water

A tbsp of salt

Half a cup of lemon juice

2 tbsp of glycerin

2 tsp of Rose water

Warm water

Pumice stone

Fill the pedicure bowl with warm water and then add the salt, lemon juice, glycerin, and the rose water. Then, soak the feet in the mixture for 20 minutes. Afterwards, scrub the heels with the pumice stone.

Another way to use these ingredients is to prepare a foot mask. Mix a tsp of glycerin, a tsp of rose water, and a tsp of lemon juice, and then apply the paste onto your heels. Put on socks and wear them overnight. The next morning, remove the socks and rinse the feet with lukewarm water.

Repeat the procedure daily until your heels soften.

Why glycerin?

Glycerin is frequently used in cosmetic and homemade skin care products. Glycerin, being a humectant, moisturizes the skin by drawing water from the air into the outer layer of the skin.
