How to Get Rid Of Stomach Gas

1.Lie Down

Lie down on your back and try to keep your head elevated. Rest in this position until you feel any improvement.

2.Increase Fluid Intake

More gas in the stomach means that you have poor digestion. Therefore, it is very important to drink more fluids on a daily basis in order to flush out the improperly digested food from the colon.

3.Reduce The Consumption Of Carbonated Drinks

Consumption of carbonated drinks leads to:
  • More discomfort as the gas accumulation gets bigger
  • You could feel pain in the chest
Hence, you need to reduce the intake of carbonated drinks if you are to reduce the symptoms of bloating and intestinal gas.

  • Kneel on the head and keep the buttocks in the air.
