How to cleanse the body from toxins
The following detox plan will help you cleanse the liver, lungs, intestines, kidneys, and lymph. It can be practiced 2 times per year and then it lasts for 10 days. Or, you can practice it only during the weekend, which means more times per year, not just 2. In combination with regular physical activity like running, walking, swimming, etc. this detoxification method will eliminate all existing toxins from your organism successfully.

After waking up in the morning, before breakfast, you need to drink 240 ml of warm water.
Saturday
Breakfast
Warm water, a cup of oat flakes mixed with 1 spoon of linseed, 250 ml of green tea or water, half a cup of blueberries, and 200 ml of low-fat yogurt or almond milk
Lunch
250 ml of water, 2 cups of salad from arugula, tomatoes, and green veggies, 250 grams of grilled hake, Swiss chard with potatoes and olive oil, a medium-sized banana, and 1 slice of melon
Snack
250 ml of water, 180 ml of yogurt, ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds
Dinner
250 ml of water or anise tea, 2 cups of salad with lemon juice and olive oil, integral flour pastry, 150 mg of grilled tuna, and half a cup of steamed broccoli and spinach
Sunday
Breakfast
A cup of oat flakes with 1 spoon of linseed, 200 ml of almond milk; a pear, and a cup of green tea
Lunch
250 ml of water, veggie soup from peppers, potatoes, beans, carrots, onions, and celery, 200 grams of grilled chicken breasts, and 150 grams of pickles
Dinner
Integral pastry, nettle tea, and carrot and beet salad with lemon juice
