Hence, in only 10 days your feet will appear 20 years younger. The real issue is that people consider cracked heels to be just an aesthetic problem. However, when they aren’t treated on time, the cracks deepen and become more painful.
Additionally, dirt accumulates inside the cracks and an infection develops. Therefore, timely reaction is crucial, combined with the necessary measures for proper treatment.
Thickening of the feet occurs as a consequence of excess dead skin cells, which often contributes to poor blood circulation and poor elasticity. Luckily, this problem can be solved with a file or a pumice stone.
The treatment with pumice stone or a file needs to be done when the skin is soft, which is usually after a shower or a bath. It’s important to mention that the dead skin cells mustn’t be removed with a sharp object, as you may remove surplus skin from your heels and cause an infection.
THE RECIPE
Needed:
10 tablets of aspirin (300mg)
250 ml of brandy, or 70% rubbing alcohol
Preparation:
First, crush the tablets into powder. Then, mix the powder with the 250 ml of brandy or rubbing alcohol and leave the mixture like that for 1 to 2 days.
