MAKE A COMPRESS TO SOOTH PAIN
Compress #1: Caraway seeds in a small cloth bag, well warmed and placed on your stomach relieve the pain and reduce bloating.
Compress #2: Crushed caraway seeds, sprayed with wine and placed in cloth bag, relieves pain in the head, ear and tooth.
PREPARE HOT CUP OF CARAWAY TEA WITHOUT SUGAR
Boil 1 teaspoon caraway seeds and 250 milliliters of water. After boiling, cover it and let it sit for 10 minutes and then strain it. Sip two to three cups per day.
